Freeman Lynn, CEO
Freeman Lynn is the CEO of Panda Manufatcuring. In 2009, Freeman founded PMCC with the goal of providing startup technical companies with the best possible access to manufacturers and product development services in China & southeast Asia. Since then he has worked with clients in the electronics, telecommunications, Li-battery, commercial solar power plant, medical devices, 3D printers, AI robotics and many other industries. Helping to bring the new product ideas into the market and optimize existing manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Freeman has many years of experiences in manufacturing consulting, global supply chain management, business operation in multiple countries, product research and development, project management,factory auditing, quality inspection, and much more. Freeman graduated from Henan Normal University with a BA in business and continued to complete his MBA from Dowling College in New York City.
Rick Iannello, CTO
Rick Iannello cofounded Panda Manufacturing in 2010. He is also CEO of RJI Engineering at LA, California. His mission is to deliver the vast engineering and manufacturing experience that PMCC team has developed in the industrial and consumer markets over 30 years to small and startupcompanies. The client company can then leverage years of product developmentexperience and vast network of suppliers without the overhead of directemployees. The team specializes in quickly developing a new product basedon the client customer’s specifications, completing the testing andcertification, working with global manufacturing partners and delivering afinished product to the client customer for them to market.
Rick has more than 30 years ofproduct development experience with large and small corps. He has foundedand developed two separate companies which have been acquired by internationalconglomerates. He has more than a dozen patents accredited to him. Rick received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute oftechnology in Rochester New York.
Bella Li, Sourcing Supervisor
Bella Li joined the PMCC consulting team in 2013, working as vice president of operation. She masters abundant resources of supply chain and can always help the clients find out suitable material and products involved in all the industrial. This young lady shows great patience and wisdom when she communicates with clients and suppliers.
Bella has 12 years of experience in export enterprise and supply chain management. She is familiar with manufactuing with all the electronical and mechanical products, supporting R&D and outsourcing. Bella also knows well the international business processes and can help the clients from import to export. Bella has a Bachelor Degree of Management Science in 2010.
Hongqiao He, Law Adviser
Professor He, has served as the international law adviser for more than 3 years. He is responsible to ensure our company’s lawful benefit and legal operation. Meanwhile, He also introduce to our clients a general legal knowledge of Chinese law and regulation regarding doing business in China.
Professor He is a senior in international business law. He has gained rich experience to answer legal advice, draw up a contract, be a negotiating agent etc. He is currently a Professor of Law School, Henan Polytechnic University. Professor He has a master degree of international business law from Law School of Lanzhou University.
Victor Ding, VP of Marketing
Victor Ding has worked as Vice President since 2011.He leads the company’s Business Development and Marketing efforts. Victor has an insight into new high-tech & consumer electronics marketing. Three years ago, he forecasted the 3D printer will be popular. Victor explores this market, and geta remarkable success.
Victor has devoted his career to work within the electronics industry for more than 15 years. Victor’s wide experiences range from overseeing quality control, to electronic materials optimization and sourcing. He also has years of experience in aiding business expansion and marketing.Victor received his Bachelor degree in English with major studies in Economics and Trading in 1992 from Henan University.
Jessica Liu, Marketing Supervisor
Jessica Liu is a markeing supervisor of PMCC and is mainly responsible for new business development. She tries to bring in some new clients by internet, exhibitions, friends introduction. She maintains the company website, operates Alibaba platform and Google search. At the same time, Jessica needs to collect the industry exhibitions and organize to attend them if it is necessary.
Jessica has worked as oversea sales in the line of consumer electronics including FM Transmitters, Automotive DVR, BatteryBanks, Li-ion Battery, and Bluetooth Speakers for five years. She has gained rich experience of international business, domestic and foreign exhibitions. Jessica has major in Commercial English, and received Bachelor Degree from Changchun Institute of Technology Universityin 2010.
Tiger Tian, Senior Mechanical Engineer
Tiger Tian joined PMCC since 2009.He is responsible to estimate the drawings, make prototype, design mold and tooling. Mr.Tian can always give some constructive suggestions to improve the structure. He do the best to make the design meet the market requirements, and often creates some fixtures to raise productivity.
As a senior mechanical engineer, Mr. Tian has worked on mold and tooling design within multiple factories. He has over 10years of experience in manufacturing, including machinery ,mechanical and plastic parts, product assembly, fixture and inspection tool etc. Mr. Tian holds a Bachelors of Science in mechanical engineering from Guangdong Vocational Technical Institution.
Keven Wang, Senior Electronic Engineer
Keven Wang works as the lead engineer of electronic product design and electronic projects in PMCC since 2011.He can design some complex and applicative PCBA, makes the samples to meet the clients need.In 2014,Keven successfully assembles a big battery pack with hundreds of cells,which means to reach a new level of battery pack.
Keven has more than 10 years of experience in the battery manufacturing industry and PCBA design. Keven is so interested in electronic circuit design that he often buys the blank board and electron components to make the samples by himself. He is a very responsible and excellent engineer to lead his team going beyond constantly.Keven has a Bachelor of Science from Guangdong Technical Institution.
Sam Lv, Program Manager
Sam Lv has 12 years of manufacturing experience in cable assembly and connector. He is especially familiar with the manufacture of multiple types of cable assemblies for medical and industrials products (Application: MRI, CT,X-Ray, Analyzer, Patient Monitoring, Biotechnology, Instrument, Transportation,Automotive, Solar etc…).
He can provide the proposal service of the design and selection for the cable and connector in the early development phase of the project, and has rich experience in project management. Sam also has extensive knowledge on product testing and third-party testing and certificates. Sam has a Bachelor of Science degree from Hunan Central South University.
