Job Description: Senior Mechanical Engineer
PMCC is searching for a self-motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer with a proven record of excellent project delivery to lead number of company projects. Responsibilities will include working alongside other professionals to ensure deadlines are met, liaising with external stakeholders, attending meetings, using multi-CAD software to produce detailed designs, ensuring all projects remain within budgetary and time constraints, and compiling reports for the management.
To be successful as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you should keep abreast of developments in your field and outside of your discipline. Exceptional Senior Mechanical Engineers should constantly be upskilling themselves and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:
1, Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.
2, Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals.
3, Working within the budget to deliver safe and efficient products on time.
4, Allocating resources and time effectively.
5, Design for manufacturing & assembly, developing prototypes, pilot run and production
6, Develop designs on jigs & fixtures for inspection, assemblies and testings.
7, Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
8, Attending meetings and providing input and updates.
9, Analyzing data to write up reports.
10, Communicating and business trip with staff, directors, and clients.
Senior Mechanical Engineer Requirements:
1, Bachelor's degree, or above in Mechanical Engineering, or the related majors.
2, Additional courses in Mathematics, Physical Science or Design, recommended.
3, Relevant certifications, registrations, and licenses may be required.
4, Superb creativity, vision, and problem-solving skills.
5, Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
6, Extensive experience working on R&D, engineering and manufacturing projects.
7, Ability to make decisions in high-stress situations.
8, Great written and verbal communication skills.
9, Curiosity and a growth mindset.
